Allan Gardens is a unique horticultural experience. The grounds, almost 13 acres, are laid out with flowerbeds, paths, a fountain, and mature deciduous trees and shrubbery. Indoors, a vast conservatory (16,000 square feet) is comprised of the historic Palm House and five greenhouses for public displays: the Arid House, the Tropical Landscape House, the Cool Temperature House and the Tropical Houses.
