All our guest rooms are professionally decorated with your comfort and
convenience in mind. In addition to luxurious linens, each room is equipped with
a TV, DVD player, writing desk, high-speed Internet access, central heating and air
conditioning and an iron and
ironing board. Throughout the house is an air purifier providing indoor clean
air. For the 2 rooms that share a bathroom, plush bathrobes are
provided for your use during your stay.
Enjoy the comfort of home in our living room, and help yourself to our extensive
library. Just leave any books on the table, and we’ll put them back for you. In
the summer, you may want to enjoy the peace and quiet of the back deck and
garden. Be our guests.
Breakfast
Delicious, hot and plentiful, our home-cooked breakfasts are served every
morning between 8am and 10am in the main floor dining room. Coffee and a variety
of teas are available to suit your every taste, and we are happy to accommodate
special dietary needs. In an effort to serve
all our guests needs, we will arrange alternate times when possible.

Business Meetings
With our spacious and open main floor and large dining room table, Alan Gardens
Bed & Breakfast is ideally set up for hosting small business meetings. We can
also provide coffee and pastry service, as well as faxing and photocopying at a
nominal charge.
Kids and Pets
We love them both, but unfortunately cannot accommodate animals, and are unable
to host children under the age of eight.
Parking
Parking is FREE, but do let us know ahead of time so that we can ensure
availability.
Smoking
We are pleased to be able to offer a completely smoke-free environment.
Weddings & Special Events
Whether you’re looking for accommodations for a wedding party, or a location to
host your small wedding, our elegant surrounding and warm hospitality are a
perfect fit. We are also happy to arrange flowers and catering for a small fee.
